Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily performance, pacing, bidding, and delivery.
• Build and manage retargeting lists, lookalike audiences, and custom segments.
• Launch A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
• Maintain accurate tracking (UTMs, pixels, events) across channels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights.
• Coordinate closely with the strategy lead to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
• Proactively flag issues such as ad fatigue, rising CPA, or low conversion flow.

Requirements

• 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead-gen funnels and B2B acquisition.
• Ability to analyse metrics and adjust campaigns quickly.
• Familiarity with basic CRO principles.
• Strong communication skills and an execution-first mindset.
• Experience with B2B brands, IT services, or consulting.
• Exposure to UK/Europe targeting.
• Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager and event tracking.
